TAIPEI - According to Taiwan's Ministry of Defense 17+ Chinese military aircraft and 5 PLA Navy (PLAN) vessels were spotted around the island of Taiwan on February 5th, 2024, with 2 military aircraft and 5 PLAN vessels initially spotted, and the additional aircraft spotted later on.
The number of Chinese military aircraft spotted around the island of Taiwan today is heightened, with the activity level of the PLAN and PLAA in the area above normal.
