25 Chinese Military Aircraft, 7 PLAN Vessels Spotted Around Taiwan On January 2nd, 2025
Taiwan's Ministry of Defense reported the Chinese forces were conducting air-sea training along with other PLAN vessels, adding that it was monitoring and responded accordingly.
TAIPEI - According to Taiwan's Ministry of Defense 25 Chinese military aircraft and 7 PLA Navy (PLAN) vessels were spotted operating around the island of Taiwan on January 2nd, 2025 in multiple separate incidents.
Initially, 3 Chinese military aircraft and 7 PLAN vessels were spotted operating around the island, then later 22 more aircraft were spotted as the Taiwanese MOD reported the forces were conducting air-sea training along with other PLAN vessels, adding that it was monitoring and responded accordingly.
