RUSSIA - A 7.4 magnitude earthquake hit Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Russia, with a tsunami warning in effect. The earthquake has been downgraded by the USGS from 7.7 magnitude to 7.4. (Time zones are local to my time in Asia, as stated in the message on the alerts.)
