9 Chinese Military Aircraft, 10 PLAN Vessels Spotted Around Taiwan March 19th, 2024

The number of PLA Navy (PLAN) vessels spotted around the island today remains greatly elevated.

TAIPEI - According to the Taiwanese Armed Forces 9 Chinese military aircraft and 10 PLA Navy (PLAN) vessels were spotted around the island of Taiwan on March 19th, 2024.

Of the military aircraft spotted, there was one drone and one helicopter. Two of the aircraft detected entered the median line of the Taiwan Strait and crossed Taiwan's southwestern and eastern air defense identification zone (ADIZ).
