CENTCOM Commander Visits Israel, Erez Humanitarian Aid Crossing Opened For First Time
According to the Israel Defense Forces and COGAT, the ‘Western Erez’ humanitarian aid crossing was opened in northern Gaza for the first time.
JERUSALEM - The Commander of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Michael Erik Kurilla visited Israel and met with the Chief of the General Stuaff Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi and several other Israeli organizations in order to discuss the situation within Gaza, the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, and security in the region.
