10 Chinese Military Aircraft, 5 Balloons, 6 PLAN Vessels Spotted Around Taiwan January 12th, 2024
TAIPEI - According to Taiwan's Ministry of Defense 10 Chinese military aircraft, 5 PRC balloons, and 6 PLA Navy (PLAN) vessels were spotted around the island of Taiwan on January 12th, 2024. Additionally, it reported a Chinese satellite launch with a carrier vehicle belonging to the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center (JSLC)
Of the military aircraft spotted there was one SU-30 multirole aircraft, one Y-8 antisubmarine warfare (ASW) aircraft, and five balloons.
