Chinese Military Aircraft & PLAN Vessels Spotted Around Taiwan June 6th, 2023

Taiwan tasked CAP aircraft, Navy vessels, and land-based missile systems in order to respond to the Chinese activities around the island.

According to Taiwan's Ministry of Defense, 10 Chinese military aircraft and 4 PLA Navy (PLAN) vessels were spotted around the island of Taiwan on June 6th, 2023. 

Of the military aircraft spotted, there was one KA-28 antisubmarine (ASW) helicopter and one SU-30 multirole fighter aircraft.
