Chinese Military Aircraft & PLAN Vessels Spotted Around Taiwan July 13th, 2023

Taiwan tasked CAP aircraft, Navy vessels, and land-based missile systems in order to respond to the Chinese activities around the island.

According to Taiwan's Ministry of Defense, 59 Chinese military aircraft and 13 PLA Navy (PLAN) vessels were spotted around the island of Taiwan on July 13th, 2023. 

Initially, 33 military aircraft were spotted and 9 PLAN vessels, then later on 26 more aircraft and 4 PLAN vessels were spotted around the island.
