UKRAINE - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has posted a video showing smoke billowing out of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant territory and stating that Russian troops have started a fire within the territory of the plant. Russian state-run media claims that the fire started due to Ukrainian shelling and says the fire is now under control.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has now released its own statement on the “strong dark smoke” coming from the nuclear power plant’s northern area:
