CENTCOM reports the Houthi fired two anti-ship ballistic missiles (ASBMs) from Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen toward the Gulf of Aden and two additional ASBMs towards the Red Sea.

GULF OF ADEN/RED SEA - U.S. Central Command has reported on March 14th Iranian-backed Houthis fired two anti-ship ballistic missiles (ASBMs) from Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen toward the Gulf of Aden, and then fired two more ASBMs toward the Red Sea.

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) also reported an incident 50 nautical miles southwest of Al hudaydah, Yemen where a vessel reported two missiles flying over the ship and heard two loud blasts in the distance.

The reporting vessel was not damaged, and the crew are safe with the ship proceeding to its next port of call.
