USGS: NEW ORLEANS – Hurricane Francine is expected to bring coastal change to portions of the Texas and Louisiana coasts, causing erosion, overwash of sand dunes, and possible inundation according to a U.S. Geological Survey coastal change forecast, originally released Tuesday.
