IAEA/UKRAINE - The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has reported explosions near the Ukrainian Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant every day over the past week, citing its head as saying that he is deeply concerned about the nuclear safety and situation at the plant.
