SYRIA - The Islamic Resistance in Iraq group has claimed responsibility for a drone attack against U.S. forces stationed at the Green Village military base near Deir ez-Zur in Syria, citing a continuation of their approach to resist the "American occupation forces" in Iraq and the region.
