Israeli Military Reports Of Activity On, From Hezbollah In Lebanon April 21-23rd, 2024
The Israeli military reported eliminating multiple Hezbollah terrorist operatives in strikes, and reported 35 launches from Lebanon into Northern Israel.
ISRAEL/LEBANON - Reports from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) regarding activities on/from the Hezbollah terrorist organization in Lebanon from April 21-23rd, 2024.
According to the IDF, the Israeli military attacked military buildings where terrorists were staying and other targets of the terrorist organization Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.
According to the Israeli military sirens sounded today, April 23rd, as hostile "suspicious" aircraft infiltrated northern Israel and were intercepted by the Israel Defense Force Forces.
Sirens sounded following the "possibility of fallen shrapnel from the interception," according to the IDF.
In the morning, the IDF reported eliminating Hussein Ali Azkul, who they reported was "a significant terrorist operative in Hezbollah's Aerial Defense Unit in southern Lebanon".
Additionally, overnight the IDF reported eliminating the terrorist Sajed Sarafand, "a significant terrorist of the Radwan Forces' Aerial Unit in the Hezbollah terrorist organization," in the area of Arzoun.
The IDF added, "In his role, Sarafand led and promoted terrorist attacks against Israel".
Furthermore, the Israeli military reported that there were around 35 launches from Lebanon into Ein Zeitim in northern Israel.
"No injuries were reported. IDF troops struck the sources of the launches," according to the IDF, which added that, "IAF fighter jets struck Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure in southern Lebanon".
It also said, "Earlier today, two military structures where Hezbollah terrorists operated were struck in the areas of Arzoun and Odaisseh in southern Lebanon",
