Japanese Ministry of Defense statement: "From June 19th to 20th, it was confirmed that a total of 10 ships, including 6 Tarantal III-class missile patrol boats of the Russian Navy, sailed westward through the Soya Strait. The Ministry of Defense and the Self-Defense Forces will continue to conduct warning surveillance and information gathering".
