IDF Spokesperson Daniel Hagari: “A short while ago, Iran launched missiles from its territory toward the territory of the State of Israel.“

According to a NOTAM (Notice to airmen) released by the Federal Aviation Administration Jordan has temporarily closed its airspace for "operation procedures". Iran has also closed its own airspace.

Iran Launched Dozens Of Drones, Missiles Into Israel

IRAN/ISRAEL - Iran has launched dozens of drones toward Israel, according to Israeli media which reports it will take hours for the drones to arrive.

Iran and Jordan have closed off their airspace, Israel has restricted gatherings, and canceled all educational activities.

Iranian state-run news IRNA: “In an interview with an IRNA reporter, an informed source announced the firing of the first wave of Iranian ballistic missiles at targets deep in the occupied territories.”

Iranian state-run news agency IRNA said that Iran fired “dozens” of missiles at “specific Israeli targets” within Israel.

The news agency cited the IRGC as saying that the attack is “in response to numerous crimes committed by the Zionist regime, including an attack on the consular section of the Iranian embassy in Damascus and the martyrdom of a group of commanders and military advisors of our country in Syria”.

Event: As of Saturday, April 13, at 11:00 pm local time, the Government of Jordan has temporarily closed Jordanian airspace to arriving, departing, and transiting flights due to security concerns.
