Pakistan MoFA: Pakistan Delivers Strong Demarche to the Afghan Interim Government in Context of today’s Deadly Attack

Pakistan: "The attack, whose responsibility has been claimed by Tehreek-e-Jihad Pakistan, a terrorist group affiliated with the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), resulted in multiple causalities".

ISLAMABAD - After a bomb attack killed 23 Pakistani soldiers on Tuesday the country's military reported on its Inter-Services Public Relations or ISPR that it had killed 27 terrorists in a number of operations. 

“The attempt to enter the post was effectively thwarted which forced the terrorists to ram an explosive-laden vehicle into the post, followed by a suicide bombing attack," the statement said.
