Russia Responds To NYT Report That It May Be Preparing "Skyfall" Nuclear Missile Test

Former US Official: "Why on earth would you have a nuclear-powered, nuclear-tipped cruise missile? That is nothing more than a flying Chernobyl".

MOSCOW - Russia has responded to a New York Times report that said Russia "may be planning to test a nuclear-powered cruise missile" aka "flying Chernobyl", by saying "it seems, they need to study satellite imagery more properly".
