AFRICA - The National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) of Somalia, in collaboration with the National Security Forces, conducted a series of bombing operations on February 25, 2025, according to the Somalian military. These operations targeted Al-Shabaab, ISIS Militant leaders, and militia in the Middle Shabelle and Hiran regions.

  • Al-Kowthar area: Two bombings resulted in the deaths of 19 militants and the destruction of their vehicles.

  • Beeryabaal area: Shelling led to the deaths of 12 militants.
