MIDDLE EAST — An unknown projectile was observed hitting the sea some distance from a vessel approximately 178 nautical miles northwest of Al Hudaydah, Yemen. The incident occurred at 0310 UTC on September 4. The ship's Captain reported severe electronic interference in the area prior to the event.
