TAIPEI - Taiwan unveiled its "first domestically produced submarine," costing $1.54 billion on Thursday, which it has dubbed "Narwhal" or "Sea Monster". The new submarine was christened by Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen after its unveiling.
