US Lethal Strikes on Two Vessels in Eastern Pacific
The strikes took place in international waters, with six fatalities reported among individuals aboard the vessels.
EASTERN PACIFIC — Secretary of War Pete Hegseth released a statement saying that two lethal kinetic strikes occurred on vessels in Eastern Pacific on November 9.
The statement indicated the vessels were operated by designated terrorist organizations and associated with illicit narcotics smuggling, carrying narcotics along a known trafficking route.
The strikes took place in international waters, with six fatalities reported among individuals aboard the vessels. No US forces were harmed. Operations were directed by the President to address threats to national security.
