YEMEN - There are reports of an explosion heard 60 nautical miles from Al Hudaydah, Yemen, and missiles were sighted 4 nautical miles from the position of the explosion. Another explosion was reported half of a nautical mile from the reporting vessel. Drones and Unmanned Aerial Systems were also sighted in the area.
The United Kingdom Trade Operations (UKMTO reported that the explosion occurred in the sea, the vessel and crew are safe, and authorities are currently investigating the incident. It adds that it advises vessels to transit the area with caution and to report any suspicious activity.
