Chinese Military Aircraft & PLAN Vessels Spotted Around Taiwan January 3rd, 2024
Four Chinese balloons flew directly over the island of Taiwan today between 100 and 160 nautical miles from a Taiwanese military base: Chuan Kang Air Base (CCK), and 78 miles northwest of Keelung.
TAIPEI - According to Taiwan's Ministry of Defense 9 Chinese military aircraft (4 PRC balloons) and 4 PLA Navy (PLAN) vessels were spotted around the island of Taiwan on January 3rd, 2024.

TAIPEI - According to Taiwan's Ministry of Defense 4 Chinese military aircraft and 3 PLA Navy (PLAN) vessels were spotted around the island of Taiwan on January 2nd, 2024. Two of the aircraft spotted were PRC balloons which although rarely ever spotted previously have become very common around the island as of late.
