MIAMI — A Boeing 767-300 cargo jet operating as 21 Air Flight 7598 for Amazon Air overran Runway 30 at Miami International Airport at about 5:58 p.m. UTC (1:58 p.m. Eastern) on Sunday after a flight from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Miami-Dade County Sheriff Rosie Cordero-Stutz said.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Chief Raied “Ray” Jadallah said three of the injured were taken to a trauma center in critical condition and two others were taken to a local hospital.
