LENINGRAD - The Russian military has announced it has begun its “second stage” of non-strategic nuclear forces exercise where personnel of the Leningrad MD’s missile formation will be receiving “special training” warheads for the Iskander missile system and, “equip launchers with it, and covertly advance to the designated position area for preparation for missile launches”.
