SYRIA - U.S. forces killed an ISIS attack cell operative during a strike in Eastern Syria on Wednesday. U.S. Central Command said the operative was in the midst of planting an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) and was planning to use it against Coalition and Partner Forces.
