TAIPEI - According to Taiwan's Ministry of Defense 20 Chinese military aircraft and 6 PLA Navy (PLAN) vessels were spotted around Taiwan on July 18th, 2024.
The Chinese military aircraft and naval forces spotted around the island continue to be greatly elevated.
Additionally, Taiwan's military said it carried out the annual Han Kuang 40 exercise, which it states shows the courage and determination of Taiwan's armed forces, and readiness to defend Taiwan.
Taiwan's Ministry of Defense posted the attached video and stated, "We are Ready!".
