BALOCHISTAN — Pakistani security forces conducted intelligence-based operations in the Kohlu, Panjgur, and Kalat districts of Balochistan, resulting in the reported deaths of 17 individuals identified as militants.
These operations targeted groups labeled as Fitna al Hindustan and Khwarij, with recoveries of weapons, ammunition, and explosives noted in official releases.
The actions formed part of the Azm-e-Istehkam counter-terrorism initiative, established by Pakistan’s government in June 2024 to address militant activities.
