NORTH WAZIRISTAN, PAKISTAN — On Saturday, June 28, 2025, a suicide bomber rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into a military convoy in Khadi Market, Mir Ali, North Waziristan, a region in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province near the Afghan border.
The attack killed 13 soldiers and injured 29 others, including 10 army personnel and 19 civilians. The explosion also caused the roofs of two houses to collapse, injuring six children.
